Today we dedicate this post to all the women who have ever, or still are doubting, our bra size and the models we can find in Punto Blanco. 

Wearing the wrong size is not only uncomfortable, but also harmful to our health. Our breasts are not well supported and it can cause discomfort, muscular pains, marks, ...

Sometimes, out of ignorance and a bit of laziness, we buy bras by eye, without knowing for sure if that is our size.

Where should we start?

First step - Contour 

Take a tape measure and measure the contour of your bust, below the chest (figure A). This measurement will be translated as your size. 

Second step - Cup

Take the tape again and pass it behind your back to measure your chest. It should go just above your nipples (figure B). This measurement will be translated as the cup.

We are also going to share some simple tips that always find useful.

• The band of the bra is too tight, the underwire leave a mark, or your breasts stick out above the cup. A sign that you need a bigger size.

• The bra moves out of place even when you adjust the straps, your breasts don't feel tight, or the cup is "hollow". You should choose a smaller size.

• Do you have sensitive skin and do you love natural fibres? Cotton is your ally. A natural, hypoallergenic and breathable fibre. 

• The fabric that wraps you like a second skin is microfibre. Soft, light, flexible and adaptable to your body.

• If you want to lift and round out your breasts, the foam bra is the one for you. If you prefer your breasts to look more natural and have the sensation of not wearing anything, choose a bra without foam.
